shipped by express courier i.e. DHL Express,
FedEx Express and TNT Express or any other
reliable and trusted courier within 72
hours of receiving the confirmed order.
For wholesale or Bulk order we do use
Air, Sea cargo.
As soon as we dispatch your Nepalese Handicrafs
the complete shipping details of the order
along with the airway bill of the courier
service is also sent to you via email.
You can track the delivery status of you
order directly at the site of the courier
service provider.
Please note that the order is delivered
within 3-4 business days to the recipient.
Return Policy:
Customers often ask what our return policy
is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with
any purchase from our website. The customer
can return the products if they do not
find it up to their expectation. Customer
can simply return it within 30 days after
your buy date. Only shipping charges will
be paid by the customer in such a case.
. The goods must be in good condition
and the customer must pay for all shipping
return. The customer can change or cancel
orders for any product only before it
is shipped. Once it is shipped customer
can’t change and cancel the order.
