The Kalachakra is two-legged and has four faces. His front face is blue with bare canines, which represents wrath, his right face is red, which symbolizes devotion, his left face is white, which represents tranquility, and his back is yellow, which represents abiding in peace. Every individual possesses three eyeballs. His visage is a sea of wrath. Numerous jewel embellishments adorn him, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings, crowns, bangles, anklets, and more. His attire is a tiger pelt. Twelve of his twenty-four limbs are positioned on each side. The middle four arms are colored red, while the final four arms are white.

The initial black arm carries a vajra while embracing the consort; the second carries a sword, the third a trident, and the fourth a cleaver. The initial red hand grasps a flaming arrow, while the subsequent hands wield a long-handled vajra hook, a Damaru, and a hammer, in that order. The wheel is grasped in the first right hand, followed by a sword (kunta) in the second, a jeweled pole in the third, and an axe in the fourth.
