Description
This smooth, glorious, and melodious large Manjushri Thangka embodies the Buddha of infinite wisdom. His skin is bright orange, and he wields a blazing sword of wisdom in his right hand, symbolizing the fire of understanding, and a lotus flower stem with a Perfection of Wisdom sutra book on his left. . His two-edged blade cuts through myths, showing how things are connected. Manjushri emptied the Kathmandu Valley and promoted Buddhism while making it habitable.
