Description
Manjushree embodies wisdom for enlightenment—an essential aspect of spiritual practice. He inspires practitioners to move beyond intellectual understanding and experience meditative realization.
Manjushree holds the flaming sword of enlightenment in his right hand, symbolizing his wisdom and his power to cut through ignorance. He holds the stem of a lotus flower in his left hand, which he positions in the teaching mudra—a sign of spiritual victory over the senses and the wisdom of knowledge. Artisans decorate the thangka with intricate acrylic paint and gold accents using traditional methods. Manjushree radiates royal beauty and spiritual power.
This hand-painted thangka demonstrates how wisdom transforms lives and lights the way to enlightenment.

A Manjushree Thangka Ritual is a meditation practice that uses a traditional Tibetan Buddhist painting, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, as a central object. The ritual involves cleaning the space, setting up the thangka, gathering ritual items, and invoking Manjushree’s blessings to develop wisdom, clarity, and insight.

Thangka Consecration:
If you wish to consecrate Thangka, then please let us know. You can use the ritual to consecrate any representation of the body, speech, and mind.
