Description
A professional Vajrayana thangka artist made this real hand-painted Tara Thangka utilizing traditional Himalayan methods and beautiful acrylic and gold paints. Green Tara shines with love and quick protection at the center. Her right leg moves forward slowly, showing that she is ready to help anyone who asks for it. Her hands make the sign of blessing and safety as they hold the sacred blue lotus (utpala) of purity and awakening.
The Pancha Buddha mandala over her head is arranged in a peaceful way, with Vairocana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi. These five transcendental wisdoms get rid of ignorance, pride, anger, greed, and jealousy. Their presence makes this thangka a full contemplative field, perfect for spiritual practice and imagination.
Saraswati and white tara the bright goddess of music, knowledge and compassion sits below Tara. The veena she holds represents the highest level of wisdom, which is shown through speech that is in harmony and creativity that flows. This thangka is very lucky for students, artists, instructors, researchers, and practitioners who want to clear their minds and sharpen their consciousness.
Tibetan Buddhist thangkas of Green Tara are among the most cherished and powerful artistic representations within Vajrayāna Buddhism.

The Green Tara Thangka ritual is an important Buddhist practice that centers on the beloved figure of Green Tara, who is a saint known for her kindness and speedy help. Setting up an altar, cleaning the area, calling on Green Tara with chants and picturing her with green light are all parts of the rite. People also say prayers for protection and kindness, make gifts of different kinds, and dedicate honor to the well-being of all living things. At the end of the rite, there is a prayer of thanksgiving and a visualisation of Green Tara fading into nothingness, which represents how everything changes. People see this routine as a spiritual practice that can be done alone or with a group. It is thought to protect, clear the way, and encourage kindness and understanding in daily life.
